We could not have been any happier with Amy than we are. She went above and beyond as an agent, her whole team made this as seamless as possible. I was petrified and it was one of the easiest transactions and processes we have ever done! Who would of thought buying a home could of been so easy. The hardest part was the sellers and the difficulties that they brought to the table. Like not being out when they said they were, leaving stuff behind that we had to deal with, the house being a mess. But Amy's job didn't end at closing in her book. She met us at the house on closing day, helped the sellers agent, assistant and husband help the sellers in getting out!!! She also got the sellers to agree to giving us a check for some of the costs that we were going to incur due to all the stuff left behind (two 20 yard dumpsters full) and the filth in the house.
